I’ve been storing my coat at Madison Avenue Furs for many years, and every single time I walk in, I’m genuinely struck by how kind and welcoming everyone is. They don’t treat you like a customer. They treat you like a human being. I never feel pressured, everyone is always there to help, and the store itself is beautifully laid out and such a pleasure to walk through.
